PARTS PERSON

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and pricing of parts
  • Generating & attaching PO’s to work orders
  • Inventory management
  • Ordering required parts from manufacturers & tracking deliveries
  • Daily interaction with technicians and job coordinators
  • Counter sales to customers
  • Overseeing and expediting orders
  • General overall care & organization of the parts room
  • On call and occasional weekends (to be discussed)

Requirements:

  • Team player • Highly motivated • Reliable
  • Pays close attention to detail • Punctual
  • Able to work unsupervised
  • Good organizational skills
  • Mechanical background is a plus
  • Great time management skills
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Computer skills • Tenacity and a positive outlook

Experience in parts operations/inventory management is an asset, although not required. Willing to train the right candidate
